For all deliveries, we will not be responsible for wrong ordered rodents, so please know your size, weight and type of rodent before placing your order.

*US customers be advised; we cannot ship live or frozen rodents to your location. A restocking fee will apply for any carts and payments processed needing refunds.*

Local Deliveries are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with next business day ship outs. For example:

Monday, delivery Tuesday

Tuesday and Wednesday, delivery Thursday

Thursday, delivery Friday.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, delivery Monday.

Holidays, delivery next business day.

Out of town deliveries are Monday ship outs only. Be advised rodent orders are not insurable or guaranteed. Shipping at your own risk. We do our best to get them to you in the best possible condition, but weather, delays and other factors are out of our control.

Healthy Animals, Healthy People:

Wash- Make sure to immediately wash your hands after touching a pet, or anything in the area where they live, play or touch.

Disinfect- Regularly clean any surfaces or objects your pet touches with soapy water followed by household sanitizer.

Separate- Keep pets and all their supplies(eg; food, containers, toys) away from the kitchen and other places where food is made or eaten.

Supervise- Always watch children when they touch or play with pets. Make sure they wash their hands afterwards and do not let them put pets or pets supplies near their face or share their food or drinks with pets.

Protect- Talk to your health care provider or veterinarian about the right pet if your family includes: children under 5 years of age, people with a weakened immune system, pregnant women, or adults 65 years of age and older.
